Activity is number of posts or 14 * number of two-weeks period of use of the forum, which one is smaller

I thought the forum user's number of posts = number of activity .

I see the following on a user profile,

Name:   ----------
Posts:   1146
Activity:   70
Position:   Full Member


Can anyone tell me whats the difference between posts and activity?
