This Zipkin dude is certainly court-bound if what I'm reading has any basis in fact (and I have to think it does)

Not sure how he can continue to posture like this without realizing he's going to need to face the music sooner or later.

Who knows, he might be forced to return, but yea it's possible he is staying out there. BUT his corporation AMT will take the bulk of the damage as well as his partner Jim Brown in all this. Surprised he is still making appearances at Bitcoin conferences after all this.
