Calling the community to action. As he has been outed, he is in HEAVY damage control mode. Even if you gots no skin in da game, I recommend going into his thread and typing SCAMMER. Hoping there are enough people willing to at least put one scammer down once and for all. He is looking to evade the bitcointa.lk site mirror by getting posts off before they can be mirrored. If the community can post up 1000 posts in his thread with the words SCAMMER JOSHUA ZIPKIN, HONOR THE MPP!! we want it so it can be seen. So he cant delete it quickly. There are tons of people he screwed as can be seen in other AMT threads. And he has made a death threat to at least one community member. If after reading the below thread you agree he is indeed a scammer help the community of users he defrauded and spam his thread till his face turns blue.

Here is another occasion where he is outed by a former supporter who he screwed over with chat logs as proof.

I will confirm having been one of those customers (customer1 in the chats posted). I have already confirmed those chats as real in the post minerLESS has referenced. Thanks for spreading the word. Its important to do this not just for him, but all these companies that pull this crap. It also puts all on notice not to try to pull this crap and to be careful. Since our respective governments are doing little for this it falls on the community to police and handle these companies by exposing them and taking away their source of income via fraud...and that means informing the larger community and new uninformed buyers on these things.

It should also be noted that AMT has publicly passed the support of their products to me...a customer who was only trying to help. But various people did and they are reflected in their posts as well only further cementing the facts on that matter. Let the community decide. It is time to stop these unethical actions from these scammers who refuse to take responsibility for their actions. Making sure EVERYONE knows them for what they are is a key point here.

I will also add there is a pending lawsuit from earlier this year still going.

For the most up to date info on the AMT scams check the below threads the official thread will usually result in a deleted post after a few minuites if it is something that disagrees with him....try it out and see, its a fun little experiment As it is anyone doing business with AMT should also be similarly blacklisted and this includes innosilicon who makes the A1/A2 chips. He claims to have direct ties to them. They should publicly state

Also be aware that AMT appears to be hawking their wares via alt accounts and company aliases to avoid being associated with their brand. Again another form of shady behavior to avoid legal liability. Just keep an eye on on the hardware as it all looks the same. Until there is proof its another manufacturer its likely them under an alias or proxy.

Polite and to-the point email sent to the Sales email addy regarding the missing PSU. Even mentions the direct pm I had with him on it Friday the 22nd as well as the 23rd and the 24th. per Josh the PSU being shipped Next-Day on Monday the 25th.

Yeah, I found the whole thing pretty distasteful. But he seems pretty set in his thoughts and his ways. He doesn't appear to be one who thinks he needs to change, but that the world should conform around him.

It appears he also mines with customer hardware on f2pool using an account called kusmet. At least those are the worker names. It has been confirmed that this is a bulgarian word meaning luck. Joshua Zipkin is of Bulgarian descent so this would make sense under the circumstances. The miners came preconfigured with all the logs still intact and pool settings on them. I have 2 of them and one I have left untouched for the purposes of forensic examination by lawyers and government officials interested in this.

In plainer words, an image is a snapshot of a systems storage media be it a hard disk, ssd, floppy disk, or in this case an SD card. 2 variants of an image are possible: a logical image which is compressed and a raw bit-for-bit image. A logical image is not easily used as evidence as it is only the currently used/accessible files. Much like a zip file. Either type of image can be applied to storage media to make a working copy of the original.

A raw image is legally admissible evidence IF it is done by legally recognized/bonded/whatever people/companies. It is a true 1:1 every-single-physical-bit copy of the drive - including to a fair extent much of the data that has been 'erased' at one time making it suitable for forensics to see exactly what is/was on the storage device.

Oh btw: I hope you do remember that you never signed the NDA between us. As such - technically it is invalid. I have respected the intent of it (and yes I did sign a version of it I had amended - and which of course you never returned a signed copy of).
