Transaction fees go to the pools and the pools decide to pay them to the miners. Anything else, including off-chain solutions are stealing and not the way Bitcoin was intended to function. Make the block size set by the pool. Pool = miners and they get the choice.

i dont see what about it is NSFW? if its on youtube it can be played in a work place. This is not a true statement. There is no nudity if it is on youtube that does not mean it is safe for work. Try putting up a Calandar of women in Bikinis in an office setting.. You'd get in trouble and have to talk it down before 1/4 of the day was over.
