Exactly ,you have not the right to complain to a staff member but you can open a thread (with all the information) in the "scam accusation" section (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0). This is the unique thing that you can do, nothing else.

The board is filled with accusations and if I post there it will be like fighting a lost battle. Anyways thanks.

I wouldn't be posting anything about creating a new account after getting banned. That more likely for one to read your thread and reban any additional accounts associated with your ip address.
