I have not provided escrow services to you in the past, at least not from the account that you are posting from. Nor have I received any communication from you regarding putting funds in escrow for this project.

It would probably be advisable to avoid downloading anything from this person (or anyone on here for that matter) unless you really know what you are doing in terms of being able to protect yourself from malware, and you should not take someone's word that something is "safe"

I can download. No matter, what ever it might be. But i'll bother the size of that file. And have some restrictions on downloading.
It doesn't have too much of redirects,
I will not open the downloaded file (whether i may delete after download or might be gets deleted by my A-virus),
File size should be max. Of ~5Mb for $0.10/download.
