cgminer + custom .bat files gets my vote. Why? Complete detailed customized terminal command promptg gives you the ability to squeeze every last drop of mhash out of your card. With some trial, and error of course

However, if OP is looking for something that works and is easy to set up GUI Miner is the way to go for him.
CGminer is easy to setup too.
I didn't say it was hard, but I'm fairly certain GUIminer is much easier to set up.
no CGminer was easier to setup than GUIminer because GUIminer has problem's getting it to start which a newbie can't do.
but once GUIminer is running it is easy to configure everything
