waiting since yesterday for my LR from aurumxchange

i sent them an mtgox usd redeem code, they redeemed it, but never sent the LR,

their support is also offline

any advice? do they have a phone number?

just write them a ticket, aurumexchange has never let me down (besides the sudden cancellation of the debit cards...)

i wrote a ticket yesterday, still no reply

the funds were taken from me by mtgox usd, but i did not got the LR,

anyway, they say they will reply within 24 hours, so i guess i need to wait several more hours.

If this is in reference to the order I think it is, you paid for an expired order. Orders must be paid within 30 minutes, or you should place a new order.

I have now manually finished your exchange. Please confirm?

It was one first time with AurumXchange, and i was worried at the beginning, but now everything is good.
I can confirm. got the funds.
