A forum for Exchanges (the noun) not Exchanging (the verb)

Is there any interest in a forum dedicated to the Exchanges business (not the practice).  Some place for VC guys starting an exchange to ask for feedback, some place for customers of an exchange to voice grievances?

Does this exist?  Is it simply overrun with "bitcoins, buy my bitcoins" posts?

If I understand you correctly it would go in Service Discussion, though could also fall under Trading Discussion depending on the content of the thread.
