How to activate Antminer U3 in cgminer?

cgminer can see the Antminer U3 device on the USB. What needs to be done in order to activate and use the device? See a screenshot below. I need hints please!

download bfgminer and make and config
 change the username and the url

bfgminer.exe -S antminer:all -o stratum+tcp://stratum.solo.nicehash.com:3334  -u 1EhZDTuBxoZhLm5kUJUQNfBgLWKF9d5n7V.worker1 -p x --set-device antminer:clock=x0981

Use the latest official cgminer instead of that old one.
