Hey all, I just wanted to see if I could get some feedback about our service. We are a peer to peer trading platform, and have been around for nearly two years. The service is very similar to Localbitcoins, but we protect users from scams and fraud, eliminating the need for a reputation system. Give us a look if you like, and let us know what you think! Why compare yourself to localbitcoins in most of your advertising campaigns?
Your personal message says "guaranteed". Does this mean that if it takes a user more than 3 hours to purchase Bitcoins, they are refunded or given something?

Why compare yourself to localbitcoins in most of your advertising campaigns?
Thanks for your questions! It seems to be easiest to make that comparison since most people are familiar with LBC, and our model is similar. However, I can understand why some might be averse to this comparison. Your personal message says "guaranteed". Does this mean that if it takes a user more than 3 hours to purchase Bitcoins, they are refunded or given something? We have guarantees for both buyers and sellers. For buyers, we guarantee that the coins will be delivered within 3 hours if payment is made properly, or we will waive our 2% fee. For sellers, we guarantee that they will be protected from fraud as long as they are able to confirm deposits within 3 hours upon request. This means that if they confirm a deposit and there is a reversal of some sort after they confirm (or another instance of fraud, though this is very unlikely with cash deposits), we will cover any losses.

I have some doubts about bitquick.in :
1. how Bitquick.in works for selling our bitcoins ?
2. It shows something hold. Who put on the hold when someone initiate the sell order ?
3. Why it takes longer time like 2-3 hrs to get the amount ?
My 1 order is in process which is initiated at 1:57 pm IST. But still no payment received in my bank account.

I have some doubts about bitquick.in :
1. how Bitquick.in works for selling our bitcoins ?
• You create an order. • They will send you an email with order link and Bitcoin address. • Send Bitcoins you want to sell to that address. • If a person is selling/buying at the rate you specified, the order will go through. Else, you can cancel that order. 2. It shows something hold. Who put on the hold when someone initiate the sell order ?
BitQuick holds the coins. 3. Why it takes longer time like 2-3 hrs to get the amount ?
My 1 order is in process which is initiated at 1:57 pm IST. But still no payment received in my bank account.
It is not instant exchange, it is a peer-to-peer exchange. So another person need to create a sell order which matches your rate. I recommend you to use Zebpay which is a wallet with more features. I don't recommend you to store amounts in that wallet but it is good for buying gift cards and/or selling/buying Bitcoins. For selling Bitcoins through Zebpay, you need to contact buysellbitcoin. I don't know if he will be willing to buy Bitcoins all time. Good luck! P.S. Another exchange I can recommend to you is https://coinsecure.in.

Then why peoples are taking this platform as a competitor of localbitcoin.com. If we talk about instant and quick service, then I will recommend only localbitcoins portal. If you see the buyer status is online on LBC. You can contact him directly or by opening a trade in his ad and get your bitcoins sold in no time.

Muhammed, thank you for providing the clear explanations! We plan to increase liquidity in India soon, and also allow individuals to place bids. The challenge with that is how to require the buyer actually pays if they set a bid. It's easy to escrow Bitcoin.. it's tough to escrow cash

We have guarantees for both buyers and sellers.
How do you guarantee that the buyer will not get stiffed after making a cash deposit? Waiving a 2% fee will not get my money back or my bitcoins. There seems to be nothing in place that will ensure the coins are delivered. Judging from some of the complaints found around the internet, this seems to happen from time to time and there appears to be no remedy from Bitquick.

Bitquick admin , please try to increase more liquidity on indian platform. As its really necessary for small volume bitcoiners like us.

As long as there is proof of you being a reliable exchanger, yes, don't see why not. Any platform is worth giving a shot.

I haven't used your service but it looks good. I mostly purchase Btc from a local seller whom I met on LBC but he sometimes is not available and if that happens in future, I'll give your site a shot and see how it goes.

We do around 2-3 sales each day. It's low mainly due to few sellers though. Coins sell fast.

BitQuick.coYou want some feedback? Try answering your order support emails in a reasonable fashion, and NOT running away with your seller's BTC. Shameful customer service for a boost.VC company...... I *really* expected more from Bitquick.
