OK so the government paid bonuses to the road administration executive for ineffective management and stealing.
The money given was an equivalent of $27962962. This money was given out for fraud. My country's average income is $740/m. There is a possibility for yearly bonus of $314, if you work hard and the entire company is doing well. If money is wasted like that and if the executive was treated as an average person, the calculated inflation should be 9437500%. Why does wasting money not increase inflation? Is it through debt?

I do not think This is a correct calculation and I think you are mixing some stuff up.

Though, it is ofcourse absolutely insane that mismanagement get rewarded like this compared to the average income.
