I would recommend Bit-x and xapo debit cards. And i'm using Bit-x debit card, never seen any problems other than their fees. I don't know/never used any other BTC debit cards.

I have been using ADVcash and it works good. Have been using the EUR card and had some issues, but the customer support always solved my issues.
If you are looking for an EUR debit card ADVcash could be a good option.

I can recommend a BIT-X debit card, using it for few month without any problems. You do not have to preload it, entire balance is spendable and there is no monthly fee for the first 10.000 users.

What i would like to add that only the Xapo and bit-x allows you to spend directly your bitcoins in ATM or when you purchase something.
So it when you withdraw or make a purchase it takes the rate at that time that you made the action.
On other bitcoin debit cards like e-coin you have firstly convert your bitcoin to usd or eur then spend the funds in your card.

there is no "best" card, it all depends on where you live, how you want to use it, and what YOU think is most convenient and useful.

If you want to not pay monthly fee then xapo has it bitcoin debit card free for the first year.

E-coin has 1$ monthly SMS fee to notify you all about the activity that you do with the card.

The bit-x has some fee in bitcoin and some fee with percentage from bank so better check yourself.
