Hello,

I own bitcoinexchangerate.org and am looking to have it reskinned. For this job, I just want to see what's possible by ONLY changing the html and css but leaving the functionality and ad sizes (though not necessarily their placement) the same.

The product of the job should be html and css for the following urls.

http://bitcoinexchangerate.org/fees

I also want to use a multisig escrow via Coinb.in and someone in good standing from this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0 Once your bid is accepted, I will create a multisig address using coinb.in with your address, mine, and the mediator.
