Well I've been burned by steam transactions before.
Since OP is very new in this forum if I were to use his services I'd leave funds sit in escrow for at least a week after receiving the games/items for steam transactions.

An escrow is a perfect solution where buyer/seller don't trust each other. Hey man, I'm looking for a copy of The Sims 4 (Just the standard edition is fine). I'm willing to haggle a little, of course, but I'd like to keep the price around 22 USD.
