Gambling + miminum wages in some countries

It's a good strategy if it could be kept, and if I'm to follow it up, I will go with a minimum daily pay for labourers here in my country. Like, if I gamble and try to increase my bet into a profit enough to cover up what someone who leaves the house could come back with on average as earnings, then I make a stop.

That will really be a nice way to control our greed, but with how little minimum wage is here, if shared daily, that amount might not even be up to what I will deposit into the casino account to start gambling with.

Staking a bet that will amount to the daily pay of a labourer is a good strategy but remember you cannot win that amount every day unlike someone who leaves their house to work and has a guaranteed pay at the end of the day. Perhaps if you use that strategy, some days you will win and some days you can lose and if you try to keep up with such strategy it might lead you to addiction in the sense that if you lose a bet today you might want to cover up for the losses when you are placing your next bet tomorrow. Well, who cares about using the minimum wage strategy since it doesn't amount to anything tangible that can propel one to meet daily needs.

Of course, when we gamble, there will be wins and losses through gambling, but if we gamble only in the hope of winning, then it will not happen because there will be losses. Every person has his own strategies for gambling, each person is adept at gambling in his own way. Sometimes, so much confidence is born in himself that I will never lose while gambling. However, some experienced people are so strategic when gambling that they may always bet and win more, but we have to accept that sometimes if we bet wrongly, we may face losses.

This got me thinking and I'm using this as somewhat of my strategy. I did look at the minimum wages here: (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_minimum_wage). And then when I won some money, I will just do think that in some countries my winning will be enough for the whole day of work from some countries and so I should stop and quit gambling for that day.

Not sure if this could be effective method for others to really quit while they are in net winning. Somewhat to trick your brain to think of others that is really working very hard to just earn that kind of money and you yourself won that in gambling in minutes and should stop.

This will depend on individual investment into gambling. If one has a decent amount invested in gambling, he/she will be looking for more profits and this was be way higher than maybe a week's wages in few countries.

We should not consider looking at those countries, but should consider the wages in our own country because the cost of living will differ in every country. In my country the basic wages will be around $10 per hour and consider working for 7 hours will make us earn around $70. Now, to win $70 will just take one single game or it might even take multiple games depending on our total bet size. But even if I win $70 in one single game, I will still take another bet if I find the match interesting.

I think that website is a good way to pick where I should vacation to or go to gamble. When you are deciding if you should stop when ahead or when down it should be based upon a constant % of your total budget.

Lol, are you serious? Not always cheap, low cost and easy to afford is the best place to be or spend vacation Then the best and cheapest vacation would at home with cheap junk food.

OP is crazy if he compare salary and income of other countries with money he earns, wins in his country. It is crazy to be happy with minimum or low. Better aim to earn as much as countries who have highest earnings among every country of the world.

P.S. There are people who did not earn at all. I should focus on that Today I havent won anything = same amount that jobless people have earned. Phew, better stop gambling for today

This strategy is very good and many times I adopt such strategies so that the winning money stays with me. To be honest, those living in low-income countries have very low incomes and are not paid enough for working hard. However, it will be wrong if we think of winning all the time, because it is not possible to win all the time through gambling. From my experience I can say that about 10% gamblers who gamble can get good money. The rest of the gamblers are always losing money, so if you ever win a small amount of money, come back immediately and use that money in real life. But our brain can never accept this fact easily, so we can lose those money by gambling again.

Gambling can never present manipulable results, hence one cannot be closer to winning despite having a certain mindset. We find that strategies are also just useful in keeping the losses down without altering the set odds structure. However, even the presumably good gamblers are subject to substantial losses which balance out the gains. Quitting after a win is not an effective strategy, if you want to use that, I tell you that you will come back to gambling in a matter of time. You can take break if you win something significant to enable you invest that money properly which is highly recommended but quitting gambling is not always as easy as that. It is even easier to quit over big loss than quitting over big win.

You can take break if you win something significant to enable you invest that money properly which is highly recommended but quitting gambling is not always as easy as that. It is even easier to quit over big loss than quitting over big win.

According to 'odohu' such gambler will fall back only few can if an only if there are gambler that can stop after net winning. I have been playing sport betting games and having cut of slip, fortunately lick shine towards me unexpectedly I win,  I decided I wouldn't play any more but I later continue as the fun I have and the zeal to win more was pushing. A gambler that can stop easily after net win is not a regular player , a regular player is always willing to fall back and even double it's stake for higher outcome or potential wining.
