As a long-time member, I went ahead and looked at this. Wanted to say it's a pretty great guide. It covered what I expected, and gave warnings about trading (which most people don't do). Huge +1 and definitely informative for newbies.

Uh, you don't know how A-Ads works? It's not PPC, it's PPUV. Getting 50m clicks means nothing, so users can click whatever they want. It won't affect anything.

The ONLY time this changes is if someone happens to run a direct campaign on your site, which is rare on A-Ads.
