Your collateral is not valid.  There is nothing to stop you from using the license after you get your loan.

I am looking to be a reliable lender and minimize potential issues by following the advice given by moderators as well as senior bitcointalk members in the forums.

If you can come up with other valid collateral such as Litecoin i will be interested, otherwise no thanks
