I have about 7 desktops in my garage with a total of 9 GPUs.

I was wondering if with this hardware I should start to mine altcoins... wha'do you say?

What sort of hardware do you have?
GPUs is a very vague description, what type of GPUs?

Of course you can mine with alt coins with them, and be quite profitable since a lot of easy to mine alt coins are non-sha 256.

my advise is to mine if you don't have to pay for electricity.
or you start mining right after launch (low diff and hight payout per block) and hope the price is going up fast.

9 GPUs is quite a big investment to just have lting around, personally id mine the coins for fun not profit. If you wanna make money rather just sell them for parts.
