Convenience store chain FamilyMart will accept bitcoin at nearly 3,000 locations in Taiwan after striking a deal with local wallet provider BitoEX.

Overall good news, but what bugs me a little is fact that this deal is associated with some online wallet which I am not familiar with.
I hope it is not that I need to have BitoEX account and keep my coins in their wallet to be able purchase anything? Right?
