Today i opened my every day news website ( wich is the biggest in france ) and i fall down on this image ( on the first page of the website, maybe the paper version too? ).
http://www.lemonde.fr/sciences/article/2012/11/29/payer-et-vendre-sans-les-banques_1798066_1650684.html
Le monde is the biggest news paper of france mainly followed from the middle class.
I still find it hard to belive Smiley

The article is globaly positive.
Not very clear for the neo as it doesn't gives the first step to have some bitcoins. It doesn't show where / how to spend it (how easy it is). but still Smiley

Looks like "Pierre Noizat" knows someone in "le monde" his name and company is over represented. compared to other services

[EDIT] I should ask le monde.fr if they accept btc for there subscription program wich allow poeple to comment because nobody in the comments understood anything on how to try and why it's nice Smiley

It's curious that they published on the projected halving day, and failed to mention the coincidence. They cited the 50 BTC block reward on the very day it no longer continued to be the case! Must be an oversight.

Pierre is a co-founder and COO of Paymium, he wrote an article about Bitcoin at http://www.paristechreview.com/2012/01/20/bitcoin-universal-complementary-currency/ and is in the forum. I can imagine Paymium does some Bitcoin-PR in France.

There's so much new activity snowballing since the ECB's report -- it's almost as though they intended for this to happen!
Why. .
Banks and bitcoins are enemies of each other . . at least in current banking system bitcoin is the enemy a threat . . to them. .that's why i'm very surpised an article comes up in  paper like le monde. it's huge .. that's not a little paper . .and most media stories now days are string pulled by behind the curtain by pharma elites political elites - people or corperations with influence and financial elites . .I wonder what the underlying purpose is. .Its a bit like a paper in nazi germany celebrating the escape of an encampment of jews. .It's weird . .

Sorry . . banks and central banks are the same "leeches"  some are bigger some are smaller  .. There are " Independant" banks.  but on the whole they are like dust particles blowing round in a financial crisis. . - They have no influence . . 80 90 % are controled by the big " central banks"
