Poll on CEX.IO Bitcoin Exchange Features

1) lower the SEPA withdraw fees back to 0.40€ (now they are 3.99€ which is by far too expensive)

2) And you should improve your rounding system. Calculate with up to 8 decimal places for euro / usd, but only show 2 of course. If you do not do it, you charge for all small trades a 0.7% trading fee, instead of 0.2%, see this calculation: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=318010.msg11780354#msg11780354

I think everything else is fine.
I voted for variable trading fee, but I guess flat 0.2% fee is okay. Because a variable fee would mean ~ 0.3% for low volume and 0.1% for high volume traders I guess. I guess the result for me would be 0.2% fee, so for me it does not really matter.

edit 9th december:
ah, and best would be you change your SEPA bank completly. That way you would get lower withdraw fees,too.
But the main problem is, that you current bank is unreliable. Sometimes the transfers are fast (2 days), but most of the time they take over one whole week! To wait over one week, after I paid this high fee of 3.99€, is not okay for me.

It would be great to we can trade from mobile devices cause Bitcoin trading is very fast game and not everyone can use PC or laptop all time.

Will you be adding margin trading and lending features to the trading platform»? that would be great. Now, that your services are taking cryptos out would be the coins that CEX.io will continue to provide trading access?

for arbitrage also low deposit and withdrawal costs are important most "new payment options" are not good for arbitrage, since they cost 1 to 3 %.
And how can you use margin trading for arbitrage?

I think if you could add skrill than it would be very nice for me and also some of the other traders. I couldn't find any of the bitcoin trading platform accepting skrill. Doesn't skrill allow bitcoin trading like paypal?

I voted for the interface. The environment where you trade should be comfortable. Web 2.0 at least. The current interface was kidnapped from 1998 and they want it back btw.
Buy a template or have a skilled designer/programmer make some css improvements. The appearance of a website is very important for a first impression.

For me to make an account was I wanted to buy a altcoin, not because I 'trusted' the site.
So a quick deposit, buy and then withdraw.

I agree that some graphical changes has to be made. But margin trading for certain coins (certainly no tall) would be a great asset to the exchange too.
Most large exchanges already offer this.

I liked CEX referral program. Waiting for an updated version.
However, I always lack mobile app as well. It is impossible to trade when not near the pc

Referral program would be attractive for so many people to promote for getting some active traders so that i am also waiting for this new version.

A voted for a mobile app, i don't know if its possible to make an exchange app to work well, but almost an app than can alert when an order is processed, or an app for using the wallet. And i think that a new referral program could be so interesting too.
