Barcleys working together with Circle, which uses Bitcoin is much bigger!

Indeed. I dunno why this hasn't been shouted about more. I guess people outside the UK don't realise what a banking desert it's been. This is pretty much the first time a UK bank has actually opened its doors to BTC.

Wrong wrong wrong, Barclays were involved with some other exchange (before they bailed out), and before that, Barclays ran the UK Mt Gox account (which they also bailed out of). So that's 3 times that a UK based bank handled a major Bitcoin exchange/business, Barclays all 3 times, so I'm not sure whether where you're getting your information from

And here's why genuine Bitcoiners aren't interested: Circle are pure bankster scum XT/Classic shills. Or at least they were before that BS got shut down. Do you even Bitcoin?

The exchange was/ is Safello. And they were starting off with taking charitable donations only and they may not have started at all yet. I can't say I'd blame them for fucking off Gox. A la Intersango they may not have actually been told what business they were involved in.

It honestly sounded like he had no idea what he is talking about really:  by sitting next to blockchain he means blockchain.info, the Bitcoin company representative?
Another point is when he said that UK has low taxes and yet recently his family turned out to be involved in Panama Papers scandal...
