Hello,

i have founds on cryptsy and i want to prepare for the if they release them for withdraw (if not doesnt matter, i just want to be prepared IF).

So i thought i donwload the official IFC client, but i tried now for 4 fkin days to sync.
The Problem is i get to 70,%% then the dumb Client doesnt progress and if i restart the Programm it strarts fro m20% again!
Tried 3x times.

For me this whole Cryptocoin thing how it is now (increasing Blockchain) is not Mainstream compatible.
Think of a standart noob user who has very limited IT knowledge, "installing a Software for 108 Hours + fail at the end" wont
leave a positive impression. Since the majority of coins works like this, its just a fail.

So i cant secure the coins offline. Any ideas?
Is the only Soloution another Exchange, exposing myself again to be Goxed like on Cryptsy?

greetings

IFC trades on Poloniex. They're about as legit as they get when it comes to alt exchanges. When it comes to alts I usually never bother with clients as long as there's a half decent exchange available.

Can you suggest another exchange as legit?
Poloinex is good but IFC vs. Monero is very low volume  and i cant judge if the price is good or not, i am more familiar with IFC vs LTC or BTC.

greetings

That's the only alt exchange I've used that hasn't died or screwed its customers. There are a few other IFC exchanges but I couldn't imagine anywhere else would have more volume.

Bter for example has an ltc/ifc market. Apart from the fact Bter owes thousands of coins to customers, its trades over a 48 hour period only amount to less than 2 btc.

I've not heard of the majority of exchanges on here http://www.infinitecoin.com/ifc-exchanges.html and a few seem dead anyway. With Poloniex you know they're going to maintain their markets and wallets.

The truth is bitter, cryptsy is not coming back again because they have a lot of things to contend with and as we heard that big venn is in china though i am not too sure of that.
