Need a conference speaker to discuss fraud

Hello all,

I'm helping to organize a blockchain conference in Vietnam.  It's multi-faceted, but one of the main goals is to have members of the local government, regulators, etc. show up and have some questions answered. 

With that in mind, we are looking for a speaker to answer questions about how Bitcoin addresses fraud.

Does anyone come to mind.

You will not get anyone better to represent Bitcoin and to speak on your behalf. He just has a way to explain the most complex information in the best possible way.
