Dota 2 Mini tournament - Fundraising - Paying with bitcoin to spread awareness

Well, I decided to make a small tournament, it will be 150$ USD in bitcoins, its about dota 2, 8 teams will compete and I'm gathering them, the reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/48u3up/small_tournament_extralife_bitcoin_ezmoney/

Any ideas or comments on this? I'm going to suggest using circle.com to cash out the bitcoins or gyft.com to buy giftcards.

How teams will accumulate this dota 2 mini tournament? is it per member or per team or you are the one to assign each participant to create a team?
