If everybody pays the 60 cents, there will be slow transaction for most people. You have to pay even higher fees.

Most people dont care. We need to be tolerant for everyone's needs and urgencies.

Dont tell me that a 1000 satoshi transaction is more urgent than a 1000 bitcoin one.

Segwit will come soon and make more room for all of us, but as always there always be priorities, and those that pay more will get priority.
