It went to me  Grin I sold it to someone this year, which is why I say it wasn't purchased this year.

How much did you sell it for?
It will help us decide on a base price. Smiley

Thanks

It's up to the buyer to reveal the price  Smiley

I can say that none of these 8 bars or the 4- 100 btc 2FA ones I sold or traded were for anywhere near 1 btc.

If this was a resale to current owner, I cannot say though.

I would say of all sold/traded, avg would be at min $1200-$1500+, or 2-3 btc currently.

Really doesn't matter if it's loaded, as only 8 ever made like this, and Mike Caldwell hand assembled these and worked with me on the upside down holo and the red dot idea.

If it was loaded, would be $57k alone in btc.

I have heard of loaded ones going for upwards of $75k.

so 75-57=18K value in bar not the btc for the less rare loaded bars ~31.5BTC

I see what you're saying. I am not sure what btc was at when someone pd $75k, maybe higher.

Even though these bars are technically more rare than loaded 100 bar, any high denomination item/coin seems to fetch a better prem over face value loaded vs. redeemed ones.
Example, I have sold many redeemed 5 btc coins for $40-60. 25 btc redeemed for $400 or so. A loaded 5 btc goes for over 5.1, a 25 over 25.7

yep the real value is what someone is willing to pay.  I really doubt someone will pay 35BTC for the bar. Good for you if they do, however.

True about what willing to pay, I agree, but I didn't obviously suggest someone would pay 35btc?

This is not my bar or my post, and I had just given range based on the ones I sold in the past, since I originally had all of these from Mike, which is equiv to about 2-3 btc, however I don't have anymore and these are rare, so who knows.
