Purchased this Bearer bar about a year ago and checking on interest. It's unloaded (not claimed) and in mint condition.

Miffman is correct it was less than a year ago (at time of post)

FYI. All the 'impurities' in the picture is the plastic wrapping that I have never removed. The bar is in absolutely amazing condition.

thats one of the 1 of 8 special non-2FA Unfunded bars.  It has its own page in the Encyclopedia.

Not your typical bar.  Gimme.

What are those hairline strains on that picture near the Bitcoin symbol? Cotton fibers?
Since this coin is unloaded I am going to bid 1 BTC as well. Because it will not be worth more than that unless you start an auction.

I can buy it now if you have a spare sticker as I am going to put my own private key inside.

Of course I will not break it.
I will use it as a personal cold storage. Therefore I wont even think of reselling it at least in 50 years after buying. Tongue

And I already have a transparent casing which will easily fit that size in case I need it after opening the wrapper.

By breaking the bar he meant taking off the hologram. There are other coins that have that exact purpose where you can generate your own key and stick it on. It's highly recommended to buy something else if you're planning on just taking the hologram off.

This is a very special rare item with only 1 of 8 made.  I wouldnt dream of loading it or peeling it.

I agree, store your btc on a cheap coin, this is truly rare item.

I had all 8 of these originally and I worked directly with Caldwell on these back in spring 2014.

There were also 4- 100 btc non loaded 2FA ones.

I have not had any left since around last Xmas.

OP, would you mind telling me where you got the bar over PM?

First, I can confirm 100% this one of the 8 bars I had directly from Caldwell.

In respect for privacy, I can't really say who these ea went to, but I believe this address one was orig sold well over a year ago.

How much did you sell it for?
It will help us decide on a base price. Smiley

Thanks
