I think the main reason bitcoins will become mainstream is because it is anonymous and you do not have to pay currency conversion fees like the other payment processors you mentioned.

Huh Bitcoins aren't anonymous, they're pseudonymous.

4chan is anonymous, because there are no usernames and no way to tell who posted what/follow anyone.

Bitcointalk is pseudonymous. I don't exactly need ID to sign up, but people can see everything I do and link it back to one single person.

we cannot comparing bitcoin with past technology like tv or cellphone,yes all technology need adaption to be manstream adoption,and i'm sure bitcoin have better adaption to be mainstream adoption,and media will be good ways to make it happen.

Don't be fueled by greed. Buying Bitcoin and posting on a forum is "labor"? Interesting.

To most of us buying Bitcoin is labor, and suffering by having to do without while holding.

Unless of course you just cashed out some stock or took a small million dollar loan from your dad to buy your bitcoin...
