i also tried to contact their support , but they never replied me i think it is their tactic or something , also a lot of my dogecoins around thousands of them hacked were transmitted to the dogecoin wallet which was owned by block.io

https://dogechain.info/address/D7EH1Vpbjx3Rxo1ntK1ZQhhCs1ZzTSatfB

this wallet is owned by block.io but when i tried to message them i never got a reply.

i don't know also i tried chatting on their free node chat , but nobody responded.

free node link - https://webchat.freenode.net/

channel - #block.io

but it is a good feature that they lock the account off in three attempts , also they have a 2 fac , which i have turned on , other wallets which don't have 2 fac are vulnerable .

the security features are good but support is very bad and late replying .

does anyone have a link for their forum topic in bitcointalk.org

also my new wallet got locked out and i have 2 fac setup , but its a good wallet with low fees but the support is worse they haven't replied in more than 4-5 months now.

i have about 0.0001 btc there almost all of my wallets get hacked but block.io is safe with two fac turned on , but the support is frustating .!!!

weeks ok but months.Huh you must be kidding me , i heard the guy who had 2 bitcoins got fast support , lol i think they only process peoples request who they can get high fees from.

i don't know and have no hope if i am ever gonna get my btc back Sad !!!

i hope i will just choose a new wallet with 2 fac for my next btc ventures.

they replied in one day , but they haven't replied anything about the hacking .

i guess they just ignored it and didn't wanna spend too much time on it.

Use 2FA always if possible and provided by your website. I for example use it on my betcoin.ag account which I use to play but also to get my signature earnings there and I don't want to be hacked so 2FA gives a really good boost to your security especially when you are using online wallets which are not safe at all.

my online wallet wasn't hacked my eobot account was hacked my wallet is secure , eobot had 2fac but i had not turned it on , but there was around 0.4 btc in it , and it was hacked .

and the hacker sent the dogecoin to a block.io related dogecoin wallet service.

now i have everything else i have with 2 fac turned on , i never take the risk anymore.

yeah but i suspect it is an inside job ,,,, / or a suspected stalker .

even my minergate was attempted to changing password and someone created a skyhash acount with my email address.

so i keep 2 fac on for my mail too .

now i think it is safe now , but i don't keep any big amount of btc lying around i deposit it in my bank  for now , in the future i might use a hardware wallet which is much safer and less tax.

i use perfect money also but they keep sending me scam emails like someone deposited something and the mails come with ref links.

so many possibilities around for an inside job too.

most of the companies cannot be trusted though , mostly it is an inside job so the best is to withdraw the amount as soon as possible.
maybe..

a copy of perfect money email i recieved
