I placed an order through bitinstant using moneygram to purchase bitcoins through Zip zap inc for BTC-e.  Zip zap received the payment, but the bitcoins never showed up in my BTC-e account. When I checked my order status, the event log says that the order execution failed.  I have sent numerous emails to bitinstant since I discovered that the order failed yesterday, but have received no communication other than the information provided on the order status page. Has anyone had a similar experience using bit instant? If so, how were you able to resolve this? Thank you.

It just means bitinstant ran out of funds at btc-e. Their support usually responds very quickly (within a couple of hours.) But lately they have taken a few days to answer.

Would the order just automatically execute once they get funds into BTC-e?

Hi my name is gabe and bitinstant i think just ripped me the fuck off. my transaction failed and i STILL dont have my money back and they dont respond to my emails wtf do i do someone please help!

You already posted in the support thread. Yankee usually responds pretty quickly and works to resolve customer issues. I don't think anyone else on the forum could do anything for you.

It has almost been two weeks since my Bitcoins from Bitinstant have arrived to my Bitcoins address. They said the system would be back up by monday 3/11 but still no results and no response from them either.

Ya, rough man sorry. Same thing happened to me but they got back with me pretty quick. I think I was on another link though.
