Transfer those coins to some other exchange that supports what you need.

I suggest you do not use paypal unless someone very trusted ready to send you the funds..
best suggestion is to transfer them in localbitcoin and find an exchanger from UK . who can directly deposit money to your bank. localbitcoin is full of this kind of trusted exchangers.

coinbase only don't allow to withdraw into bank account. but it allow to send and receive biitcoin to any wallet..

so try what I said... Just PM me if you need any help to find an exchanger in localbitcoin.

In the UK just transfer the coins over to Circle, you can simply scan your debit card and can then withdraw them to your bank, probably your best option in this instance.

Yes. It doesn't get much more legit than that. I've used them a few times and extremely painless it was. When I had one small issue support was really good.

Best way would be go to localbitcoins, Many options to sell your bitcoins available on the site. If you still need some other method, post a trade in this forum to sell your bitcoins, But use escrow from trusted members, also better to trade with trusted members.

Post here on this board  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

Use escrow from this list  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0

They don't have paypal yet for other country except USA, when checked for UK in coinbase supported list here https://www.coinbase.com/places/united-kingdom they don't have paypal in supported payment methods.

I think best option for OP will be to find local guy and sell bitcoin in face to face deal if the amount is small.

If Circle doesn't work for you(for whatever reason), it would be better to do a trade in this forum instead.
You can easily find a buyer here who can directly deposit the amount to your bank. ALWAYS use trusted/reputable escrow.

Or, here is a list of exchanges, You can go through them, see if they have the payout option you need.
