The H97 Anniversary is popular for being the successor for the H81 BTC PRO, but there are quite a few other contenders.

like? i would like to see a good successor to the h81 that has the ability to install a m2, so we remove some useless cables

also it would be good if there was a successor on 1151 socket and not only 1150 socket

4 cards without risers is possible, but a blower-style card is pretty much mandatory

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461
No longer a wannabe - now an ASIC owner!

not sure how phil was able to have those good temp, i'm already at 64 but the gpu have 4 cm distance and 3 fan in tunnel mode

i tried in the past the 4 gpu setup, and the temp were really hot, but it was with the old 280x

there is only that biostar which is good for 4 way gpu without riser? another cheap one?

The Biostar is the lowest-cost MB on the market today that can handle 4 dual-width cards with no risers.

There are a few other options - ECS comes immediately to mind - but they're all quite a bit to A TON more expen$ive.

I WISH there was an AMD option for this sort of thing, Intel MBs tend to be pricy and Intel CPUs tend to be very pricy, even on the low end, vs. comparable AMD gear.

I'm no longer legendary just in my own mind!
