Given that all middle east conflict jacks up the price of oil, they might pay for it and still come out ahead.

No need. It's the beauty of fiat. Furthermore always remember that live training is the only way to prepare. Readiness and munition shuffling, r&d...you don't prepare your defense the day you need them... And as the Russian Chinese Iranians and most of those guys and the rest of the world including almost everyone but isreal hate America for one reason or another... It's not even a choice.

This constitution and bill of rights are so massive... They unlocked Internet, the space age what ever you want in the last 100 years... Because the core is YOU WANT? How much? Hehehe. No other societies or civilisations could achieve all of this, the ugly, the bad the good and the sublime.

They should done that before.  Everyday there were innocent lives that was shattered to think that this group ISIS was not that big that can occupy the whole country.  They should have bomb them since US military were the first class in military technology.  They could trace the location and how many these ISIS were.  In just one drop of bomb they can be totally eradicated.

The problem is that Obama is part of a plot to weaken the us as much as possible. For him the us is a slave build racist dangerously armed country. He hates it. Everyday in the White House he thinks about the slaves who build it. How the founders had slaves. As such he takes every opportunity to weaken the us internationally and domestically. He foment division. He really want to replace the us constitution and bill rights with the un charter.

If the U.S. government decided to declare war on ISIS, it would only be a simulated war, so that they would looked good in front of the American people. Why? For the same reason that the U.S. government put ISIS in place in the first place... to have a job to do, protecting Americans from some imaginary enemy.

In other words, if the U.S. government wasn't intentionally creating enemies around the globe, America wouldn't have any enemies. Then there would be no need for the U.S. government. And all those government people would have to go out and seek employment in the private sector.

There would be nothing wrong with this, but it is so much easier collecting big government pay while not having to do any work, than it is working at real labor for a pittance.
