Thanks for explaining.  I still don't understand but it's enough to know it's "a gambling thing"    Presumably then, if the OP were to default on his loan, the lender wouldn't be able to withdraw the $150 straight away either, so I see now why it isn't valid collateral.

it is not valid, why? because the account you are offering a collateral is most likely have no value to you since you can't verify your account and withdraw your money there. you are simply asking a loan (masked account selling) for you to get some money from it

did you play casino online?? Before making any widrawal you need to verify account with your identification and proof of address..
Processing only once up to 48 hours.. They will contact you via email.. But since il also giving my email account.
The one who hold my account have to check the email.. So he can response by the support.. That is the final confirmation of my widrawal came from the billing department from my country

The LENDER CAN widraw my money.. As i am saying.. The lender or escrow will hold my casino account together with my email account and also the blockchain wallet ...

The lender or the escrow will decide where btc address.. He can use his own address ..

And that will be only final when they send email that my account is now verified at the same time you response to them they will ask you what widrawal system you prefer to use.. Also at the same time they will send the money..
