I've witnessed an escrow/anti-buyer protection scam where an empty tracked package is sent to someone who purchased an item, so that there would be a record of the package's delivery, and the arbiter would be compelled to reward the scammer. If the recipient didn't take delivery at a post office or common carrier pickup site and open the package immediately on video rolling from just before the moment it was handed to them, there wouldn't be enough proof to rule for the buyer.
yes me also agree with you.he don't need something on the box,he really need tracking code to show somewhere else.guys think why he give you penny for empty box ?
I am damn sure he want to doing something illegal.be careful guys you can be caught by police and go to jail.
