Because for a lot of many people is not possible to create a p2pool node
people resort to p2pool public nodes.
So far so good, but why is there public nodes (eu.p2pool.cloud:9332,stratum+tcp://p2pool.io:9332,...)  that are not paying their workers and are only fooling ?
