I'm sure they're just bluffing. Thats too much resources, gathering their legal team to peruse a lawsuit. I don't think you did anything illegal.

If it is diverting sales, it makes sense to use your legal resources to sort it out.
You will be surprised at the extent to which companies will go to make sure their profits are not impacted.

Scare tactics. I recommend that you ignore anymore emails from them.

This is a huge company really, its scary. so huge i can't imagine what will happen. just to give you a hint, its a Singapore Real Estate Developer.

You should crosspost this to get better answers here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=74.0

Thanks moved the thread.

If you are an agent for them, you must follow your agreement with them. Anybody can sue anybody for anything. The important part is who wins the suit.

Cool

i agree with this, you should follow their agreement but if you are not their agent anymore, then you don't have to be worried. i think its different situations. its like oh yeah i did this in the past, but now i am in present.

I'm not anymore connected to them but still the team i'm with when i created the facebook page are still active and i let them use this page. should this be okay?

i feel like they will be deprive of the future sales if i do give it to the company. besides the agent name TOM is a friend of mine and he gets to have sales thru this fb page. i even added him as moderator.

^^^ Just to let you know that I bet I can name the company. Took me almost two minutes of research to accomplish the feat.

Wait one goddamn motherfuckin' minute! Below, you claimed to not have enough money to purchase a domain name, but I can easily site various posts you've made on other corners of the Internet where you're helping folks to become successful prior, during and after the timestamped timeframe. What gives, Allen?

You need to come up with something unique, unless you want your blog to be dead.

Yes I do have a unique idea for bitcoin blog but I just don't have the amount to buy a domain. I do however have a blogger page as an alternative but I'm not sure if its going to help visitors trust. And i wanted advertisers on my blog as well so a domain may something i indeed need.

is it going to be fine to just have blogspot page?

oh you no no you got it all wrong. I'm not Allen of Trafficbroker. you must have read adzcoin thread to which I've investigated about thier scam and they dig the twitter post about trafficbroker. I bought this twitter account from seoclerks and it has all the post of it to which the user I've bought the account is from gfy.com. Trafficbroker is an adult adnetwork and has its own page as far as i know and i guess they own it themselves. Allen must have money, i can imagine a top adult adnetwork can pay more than $2K for its rep a month. and with such i can definitely buy a premium domain if i wanted to unfortunately i'm not allen.

Anyway, i didn't receive any email from the Singaporean company though but they did send one marketing staff to my office last August offering to buy the page. I responded that i will be taking the team's advice and i will soon reply to them. I was thinking of making them wait until they approach me again but seem like they stopped already.

I think the company can sue. After all, you're creating when he worked in the company belongs to her. And when you create a page you have used the company's name
