In my opinion top 2 faucet scripts is FaucetBox and ePay.
1)FaucetBox - You will get big traffic very fast but there will be a lot of bots that will steal your faucet balance if you will not add some anti-bot and harder captchas to site.
2)ePay - In ePay there is not a lot of people claiming like FaucetBox but there is one +, in this script you will see that bots will not be stealing your balance as in FaucetBox.

Faucetbox is closing down so I wouldn't advice it. Also none of these are premium scripts since their free scripts with less functionality to paid ones, so I advise to look for a developer to code it from scratch.
