In the Beginning there was CPU , then GPU , then FPGA then ASIC, what next I hear to ask ....

What's the problem, pywallet can't read the wallet or you don't understand what to do?
I can teamviewer in ~6h if you want, or you can send me your wallet(it's better not to send your wallet anywhere but if you're stuck...) or you can be helped by someone else
Did you read http://pywallet.tk?

Use Electrum and forget about backups, just never lost your seed and you'll be ok.

Trying to load up the web interface, all programs on that link are installed. I'm stuck where to write the command to access the wallet tools in the browser.

How to run it

   '' Download it there: https://github.com/jackjack-jj/pywallet
Run './pywallet.py –web' then open 'http://localhost:8989' in your browser''

Where do I type  "Run './pywallet.py –web'" ?

Are you on windows?
If so:
- go to https://github.com/jackjack-jj/pywallet-win-files/raw/master/update.bat
- in your browser, go to File, Save, then save the file where you installed pywallet on your disk
- run that file (bat file, so it's executable)
- 'pywallet.bat' must have appeared in the same directory : run it
