Although its childish to file a scam complaint here - since i lost a comperatively low amount of money, i still feel like this is the only way to vent my anger right now.
A few days ago i wanted to withdraw money from mtgox to my paypal address using bitinstant after having had a few successful transaction and got this invoice:

My money never reached me and the support in this forum (see newbie section) was less than adequate (my case was put into the holding line twice instead of getting worked on in the first place - but only after contacting URSAY at least 3 times...). Now after almost three days i was asked to file the claim yet a third time since their so called supporting system seemed just overwhelmed by comparable cases.
So.. until this case is resolved i will keep this scam accusation in place. If i eventuelly receive my funds, i will remove this thread and the scam accusation. Until then Bitinstant owes me $161.43.
