hi , new here so forgive my ignorance . i just need some advice for my first ltc mining rig

PSU :  750w Platinum Certified . http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008G9MX48/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

Motherboard : http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00863R2K4/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=AZCEI3EMXUPTH
              Slots: 1x PCI-Express 3.0 x16 Slot; 1x PCI-Express 2.0 x16 Slot (runs at x4); 2x PCI-Express 2.0 x1 Slots; 3x PCI slots

will be  using x1 to x16 extender  like one here http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-PCI-E-Express-x1-To-x16-Riser-Card-Extender-Flexible-Ribbon-Cable-/281010792760?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item416d8c6938

Processor   : http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B4BJYVU/
GPU   : Gigabyte 7970x3   http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-Radeon-Mini-Displayport-Graphics-GV-R797OC-3GD/dp/B00752QYLK/
RAM  :  4GB 1333Mhz

A SATA Hardisk

According to this page  http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp   Recommended Power Supply with the above hardware is 661 watt . so i choose the abvobe psu .

any suggestion ? will that psu work? for the selected hardware . how about the motherboard or the gpu

if you are mining litecoin  please do post your hardware spec if possible

thanks in advance.

I'm building one rig too - Are you sure that 1x to 16x extender will work? (It would save me some money for cheaper MB.)

Handy thread, the 7950 cards are what I was looking at using too.

I can't see the pictures in that thread though, is that a newbie restriction, or do I have a browser problem?
