[Faucet rates][hints] How to implement rates like moonbit.co.in?

Hello there,
I'm looking for an hint, sample code or something else to implement a payout rates like moonbit.co.in.

I want try to code a sustainable (and not profitable, but I'm happy if does) altcoin faucet to test and improve my web development skills.

As title suggest, I want to implement a dynamic system that supply a payout rates in the same way moonbit.co.in does but, after some searches, nope i found.

Also there are tons of faucets that implement this system but i think they implement it in a fake way, what i don't want.

Do you know how to code that? I'm not looking for a complete faucet solution (because i want to code it myself) but only hint, guide, pseudo-code or similar.

Last but not least: after coding and testing, my idea is to release the source code on github.
