Thanks for telling me that mixan is banned I don't know that I thought he was offline only

And about 2 threads 1 is about selling BTC and this one is about exchanging my PayPal funds in BTC because sometime I need this

I don't believe that's true, that he's banned.  At least I haven't heard anything.   I strongly suspect he's not coming back though.  He offered to GIVE me his account via pm after I offered to be the go-between in the thread where he went insane.  He probably made that offer to others and someone else probably has the account now.  But that's a guess.

The forum doesn't moderate or get involved with likely scams. That's why we have the Trust system and the Scam Accusations section. Scammers aren't usually banned because what's to stop them coming back with another account and scam again. Negative trust ratings may work better in many cases.
