but your data seems to be different (with a big difference) compared to the one from
http://litecoinblockhalf.com/segwit.php website which is showing segwit adoption for litecoin.
it shows 11.37% of blocks (in the last 8064 blocks) have been mined with Segwit
you are showing 3.4% out of 555 blocks!! why is it 555?
it is usually reported based on difficulty retarget not a random number of blocks. and since litecoin is generating blocks faster it should be bigger than 2016 (which belongs to bitcoin)
and surely enough in other site it is 4*2016=8064 blocks
fix that and also add which miners are signaling segwit and it is going to be a good source.
