Hello I withdrew bitcoins on the 3rd of march and there not being comfirmed use this wallet a lot never had any issue address and every are right but still unconfirmed pending reset transactions twice but still no joy please help me these are the block chain urls

The problem is primarily that you're including fees which are way too low. Which wallet are you using? You need to update it and adjust your fee settings.

Thanks for the reply steaming as I didn't no and I'm using multibit as I used it a lot in 2014 but iv sent 10 transactions this month and all have went through in 12-24hrs iv open and new account on a different site which is much better just need to get these coins out of there iv read only you have to reset block chain which iv done really getting to me if I intstall an updated version will the wallet be in there ?

No, that doesn't even make sense. What you do locally to your blockchain, does not have an affect on the network. Your options are:
1) Do nothing; wait for the network to 'forget'/'drop' your transactions.
2) Attempt to accelerate it by using ViaBTC: https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
3) CPFP / RBF (too late for the latter). I'm not sure about CPFP because you've already created a child with an inadequate fee.

Hey man thanks a lot that accelerator worked a treat learnt a lesson there , on blockchain now so can change fee yeah it was meant to say I read online that if you have a stuck transaction you need to reset the blockchain and transactions on multibit
