How stupid are people these days? You are a brand new account with no reputation, and you can run away easily without any problems, and take the free 0.02BTC. You are anonymous, and bitcoin can't be reversed, so no one is stupid enough to take the risk.

Ask your friends/family for $25 USD if you actually need the money, and I'm sure they'd give it to you for 20% interest if they trust you (which they should)

The only way you'd be able to get this loan filled is if you had altcoin collateral, which you probably don't have.
