Is there any way to fix on bitcoin wallet app when in open aplication out erorr loading blkindex.dat ??

I'll take a shot in the dark -reindex or extract the mobile wallet app from the phone and try to find the private key.
Then move the key to a working wallet.
Depends on the wallet though if you can login or not and if they e-mailed you a copy of the private key and told you not to lose it be careful though if you have coins on there could also just want an update.
