How long does it usually take?

I don't think it has gotten that far.
I ordered 2 private keys and I thought they would email me with the numbers.
I just sent him my wallet address too just in case.
Aren't they just supposed to send me a email with the private key numbers.

Yes, they send the private key by email.
So until you get the email there is no way to check the blockchain.
After posting in their support thread and sending a private message I received my order.
